O/On30 1:48 Scale
Moving Truck Conversion Kit
designed by Thomas Yorke
This moving truck could be appropriate in many different eras depending on the donor truck used. Anything from the 1930's through the 70's or even later would be prototypical. The body has seen better days showing signs of patches made through the years.
Use this kit to convert a diecast truck into a moving truck. The wheelbase of the donor truck should be around 13.5'.
We offer donor trucks suitable for this conversion kit in our related products or as an add-on by clicking one of the boxes above to add to your order.
PLEASE NOTE: The donor truck is NOT included with the Moving Truck Conversion Kit.
The red and white moving truck pilot model completed by James and Anna Cleveland was built using an
O/On30 1:48 Scale 1954 GMC Box Truck "Dutch Boy" for sale separately available while supplies last.
The
light green, more modern style moving truck
by Thomas Yorke was built on a Cararama '50's Chevy Stake Truck.
