This is a one piece resin casting that is designed to represent a weathered concrete foundation, tile floor and sidewalk for the Melissa's Millinery kit. This features cast in place tile flooring details for exciting interior detailing possibilities. Although this was designed to work with the Millinery building, it is also a fantastic base for your scratch built creations. Kit includes a back step casting as well.

This scene is shown with painted figures from Arttista which are NOT included, but are available separately.

Actual dimensions are approximately:

4.5" from the front of the sidewalk to the back of the foundation

2.5" wide

The sidewalk is 1.5" out from the front of the building
