O 1:48 Scale Store For Rent/Abandoned Building

This kit is chock full of detail and character and is ready to serve your town in a number of ways, not just a broken down store for rent. Get creative, change the façade or add a little lean-to on one side. This can be built as a stucco building or left as is to depict a stone structure. You apply as little or as much stucco as you desire. (*Stucco not included in the kit.) With so many options you can quickly build several of these and they don't have to look the same.

For Rent kit

Had a lot of fun building 2 of these kits into a Western themed store for my On 30 shelf railroad. Easy to build and great for kitbashing. Love these kits!
