Use this versatile sheet of shingles to quickly and easily cover a wall or roof of your HO Scale Building. We developed this material to make our own masters for the kits we produce and are now making this sheet material available to you for use on your own creations. The original for this sheet was made from real oak wood making the wood grain clearly visible in each shingle.
Why Resin?
This material is easily cut, drilled, filed, sanded and otherwise modified to meet your needs. You can even carefully warm the resin and wrap it around a form to make things like silos or towers. Unlike real wood shingle products, this won't warp when you use water or alcohol paints and stains. The resin is wood colored making it the ideal place to start. Simply add weathering paints and stains to create any number of aged and weathered looks.
After all, who has time to hand place each individual shingle? This is meant to give you a scratch built look in a fraction of the time.
