HO 1:87 Scale Concrete Foundation/Loading Dock

This foundation/loading dock is ideal for use with the HO 1:87 Scale Poseidon Canning Company or would look great under any other industrial building. Intricate stone carved around part of the the piece as the foundation for the building and intricately detailed concrete texture carved into the rest of it. It makes a great looking loading dock for your trucks or rail cars to transport your canned seafood products and/or any product your industrial factory or warehouse would require. This would be a great option for someone who wants a cannery, but doesn't have waterfront space for the pier. Since this foundation was made to work with the Cannery and Tower kits, it would be a great option to build the building kits into a different industrial application and use this foundation to place them on. The entire top of this casting is detailed with expansion joints and concrete texture which allow you to model your industrial building with the doors open.

This kit consists of 1 resin foundation piece.

Actual measurements are: 8.875" long, 5" wide and .552" tall

In HO Scale this measures: approximately 65' long, 36' wide and 4' tall
